• You are a passionate performance marketeer with a strong strategic mindset.
• With a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep affinity for interior design, architecture and hospitality, you excel at performance KPI’s that resonate within the high-end market.
• You have hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok ads.
• You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to clearly present ideas and insights.
• You are proactive and attentive, always spotting opportunities or improvements in projects.
• You are not afraid to critically evaluate your work and make data-driven decisions.
• You have at least 1 or 2 years experience in the field.

• You plan, execute and monitor campaigns, making adjustments based on performance data.
