Stolz becomes Stolz House. A new name for a destination whose story began in 1960, with a deep understanding of leather and a discerning eye for quality. Based in Kortenberg, between Brussels and Leuven, this family business has built an international reputation supplying leather to leading European furniture makers, aircraft manufacturers and yacht builders. That knowledge remains central to Stolz House today, informing a carefully curated collection of furniture, lighting, textiles and objects for indoors and out.
Across a 3,000 m² showroom, established design icons meet emerging talent. Belgian family businesses stand alongside international pioneers, connected by a shared commitment to materials, craftsmanship and lasting value. Beyond the interiors, the display garden extends that experience into the open air, showing how an outdoor space can become a natural continuation of the home.
We began by exploring the relationship between the company’s heritage and the experience it offers today. The leather expertise was an exceptional foundation, yet the breadth of the collection, the knowledge of the team and the atmosphere of the showroom deserved an equally clear place in the communication. Our research and strategic work focused on bringing these qualities together in a positioning that could guide the brand’s future.
The people behind Stolz House were essential to that process. Koen Maes brings a lifetime of material knowledge, having grown up among leather hides. Hendrik Clement contributes technical expertise and a precise eye for quality, while creative director Laura Wielockx adds her understanding of design brands and interior architecture. Together with the wider team, their knowledge shapes the collection and the personal advice customers receive.
We developed the identity and brand language around this sense of invitation, giving decades of expertise a fresh, confident expression. The communication balances design knowledge with an approachable voice, allowing the team’s authority and enthusiasm to come through naturally.
Photography and film bring the experience into view. Through art direction and content production, we explore complete settings alongside the details that make them compelling: the grain of leather, the construction of a chair, the fall of light and the relationship between different materials. The people and collections each contribute to the story, revealing the care behind what visitors encounter in the showroom.
This visual direction carries into the web design, translating the character of Stolz House into a digital setting. Editorial content and imagery introduce the collection, explain the material expertise and invite visitors to continue their discovery in person. The website becomes a first encounter with the house, giving people a sense of its atmosphere and the guidance they can expect.
Ongoing social content and targeted advertising keep that story moving. Collection highlights, showroom encounters, material insights and seasonal campaigns provide different reasons to discover Stolz House, while advertising brings them to relevant audiences and encourages visits.

The transition to Stolz House gave that collective vision a name. “House” expresses the warmth of the welcome, the breadth of the offering and the way the showroom has been composed: a place to explore, settle into a chair, compare materials and imagine how a piece might become part of everyday life.
