From SEO improvements to more technical aspects like site speed, image loading issues, and outdated animations, we compiled a complete list of actionable optimizations to enhance both performance and user experience.
In parallel, we analyzed the ad strategies of key competitors to understand which platforms and messaging styles were driving engagement, and where Jacq could stand out. This was essential to ensuring their future ad spend would be both strategic and impactful. All of these findings came together in a refreshed brand concept and a fully integrated strategy, covering every touchpoint: website, social media, content and online advertising. We introduced a bolder visual identity, a sharper tone of voice, and a more engaging, content-driven approach with a strong focus on personal branding and local relevance.
